"My favorite way to get my steps in is to hike on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia. If I'm home, though, I mow the lawn, walk the dog, and just make sure to get up from my desk to walk 300 steps every hour." - ERIC O., VIRGINIA "I mall walk.
