grapefruit Mule S E R V E S 1 ½ oz lime juice 2 oz grapefruit juice 6 mint leaves 4 oz ginger beer ice cubes grapefruit slice 1. Combine juices, mint, and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake well. 2. Strain contents over a glass filled with ice. 3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a grapefruit slice. LEMON Honey Spritz S E R V E S 4 3 oz honey 2 oz apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped 2 cups water 2 cups lemon juice ice cubes, crushed soda water lemon wedge 1. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and water. Bring to a boil and stir until honey is dissolved. 2. Remove syrup from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, strain over a glass jar and add lemon juice. Top with a lid and shake well until frothy. 3. Divide the syrup mixture among four glasses filled with crushed ice. 4. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon wedge.
