H a m & C h e e s e T r a y s l i d e r s Serves 10-12 B u f f a l o C h i c k e n D i p Serves 8-10 p e a n u t B u T t e r B a r s Makes 24 squares 12 mini slider rolls ¼ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup mustard 12 slices deli ham 12 slices Swiss cheese 24 slices dill pickles 4 Tbsp salted butter, melted 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp poppy seeds ½ tsp onion powder 2 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded 16 oz cream cheese, softened 2 cups hot wing sauce 1 cup ranch dressing 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 4 Tbsp salted butter, melted 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 cup powdered sugar 1½ cups creamy peanut butter, divided 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish. 3. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve with celery sticks or tortilla chips. 1. Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and one cup of peanut butter in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. 2. Melt chocolate chips with the remaining peanut butter in the microwave or on the stove. Pour the mixture onto the peanut butter layer and smooth with a rubber spatula. 3. Refrigerate for three hours. Once firm, cut into squares. FOOD & ENTERTAINING 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Carefully slice the slider rolls in half. Remove the tops and place the bottoms on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard over the roll bottoms. Layer the ham, cheese, and pickle slices, and return the roll tops. 4. Whisk melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder in a bowl. Pour or brush the mixture evenly over the sandwiches. 5. Bake until the cheese is melted and buns are golden, about 10-15 minutes. Cut sandwiches and serve.
