Offer:
Free initial inspection and written report of Associa managed properties. We will be looking for things like trip hazards, plugged gutters, damaged siding, dumpster enclosures and carports etc., damaged or broken hose bibs and other general maintenance and repair items. We will spend up to 2 hours on the property and the report will have pictures for documentation.

- 75 mile radius of King County, WA - Seattle, Lynnwood, Everett, Marysville, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, Issaquah
- 75 mile radius of Ada County, ID - Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Kuna, Middleton, Nampa, Caldwell, Payette (pretty much the Treasure Valley). We will also consider Cascade, Donnelly and McCall.
- We are willing to work with management companies on locations outside of the radius with project minimum considered.
