Texas Ranch & Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients  

  • 3 medium chicken breasts  
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp pepper 
  • 12 oz jar buffalo wing sauce 
  • 3 Tbsp garlic, minced 
  • 1 oz ranch dip packet 
  • 16 oz cream cheese 
  • chips or vegetables (for serving)  

Directions  

  1. Add the chicken breasts to a greased slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.  

  1. Add the buffalo wing sauce, minced garlic, ranch dip packet, and cream cheese.  

  1. Cook on low for 4½ hours.  

  2. Shred the chicken with a fork, and incorporate it into the mixture until well blended.  

  3. Let the dip sit in the slow cooker for 20 more minutes to thicken. 

  1. Serve with your choice of chips or vegetables.

Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz cream cheese 
  • ½ cup mayonnaise  
  • ½ cup sour cream  
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded & divided  
  • 1¼ cups cheddar cheese, shredded  
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice  
  • 1 tsp hot sauce  
  • ½ tsp salt  
  • ¼ tsp black pepper 
  • 1 lb crab meat   
  • 1 Tbsp green onions, sliced  
  • tortilla chips (for serving)  

Directions  

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.  

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.  

  1. Stir in ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Fold in crab meat.  

  1. Pour mixture into a 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.  

  1. Bake for 25-35 minutes until bubbly and hot. Top with green onions and serve with tortilla chips. 

Cake Batter Dip

Ingredients 

  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature  
  • 16 oz whipped topping   
  • ¾ cup milk  
  • 2 boxes confetti cake mix  
  • multi-colored sprinkles (for garnish) 
  • graham crackers or animal crackers (for serving)  

Directions  

  1. Add cream cheese and whipped topping to a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.  

  1. Add the milk and cake mix to the bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.  

  1. Add the sprinkles on top. 

  1. Serve with graham crackers or animal crackers.

Fiesta Corn Dip

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise   
  • 1 cup sour cream  
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened & cubed 
  • 1 pkg fiesta ranch dip mix 
  • 1 can fiesta or southwest corn, drained  
  • ½  jalapeño, diced 
  • corn chips (for serving)  

Directions 

  1. Using a hand mixer, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese in a bowl. 

  1. Stir in the fiesta ranch powder, corn, and diced jalapeños. 

  1. Serve with corn chips. 

Sausage & Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients 

1 lb ground sausage  

16 oz cream cheese 

10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies  

flour tortillas or tortilla chips (for serving)  

Directions 

  1. Cook and crumble sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain the grease.  

  1. Add cream cheese and diced tomatoes and green chilies to the skillet. Mix until the cream cheese is melted.  

  1. Serve warm with soft flour tortillas or tortilla chips.   

Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Ingredients 

  • 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained  
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped 
  • 1 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded 
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice 
  • 1½ tsp garlic salt 
  • tortilla scoops or chips (for serving)  

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 

  1. Place spinach and artichoke hearts in an oven-safe cooking dish. 

  1. Add remaining ingredients and mix.  

  1. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until melted and bubbling. 

  1. Set oven to broil, and broil until the top is slightly brown, about 3-5 minutes. 

  1. Stir, and serve with tortilla scoops, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
